Help with Ordering your Custom Personalized Jewelry
Ordering a Personalized jewelry item involves a lot of choices, but it's actually quite easy. Each jewelry item has its own set of attributes that you can choose from. Each attribute has a drop-down box associated with it. The drop-down box looks like a rectangular box with a gray down-arrow. Click it to open the box and then select what option you would like. Just keep selecting until you have fully personalized the item. Don't forget to enter in the name you wish to use in the field marked "Personalization"!
The "Number of Beads" option does require a little math. You will need to count up the number of letters in the name you wish to spell, and then add on the decorative beads. On most styles, there are two decorative beads (one on each end). So, if you want an English Pewter Dangles necklace that spells the name Ashley and has heart dangles for decorative beads, you would count the letters in the name Ashley (6) and add 2, giving a total of 8 beads. Then you would select "8 beads (including decorative beads)" from the drop-down menu marked "Number of Beads".
